By accessing or using Picsell.pro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Picsell.pro generates AI product images from the photos you upload. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your country.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights, and do not use the service to generate deceptive, defamatory, or prohibited material. Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or breach the system.
Your content
You keep the rights to the images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them and generate the results. You represent that you have the necessary rights to what you upload.
Outputs
Generated images are provided for your use. AI may produce imperfect or unexpected results; review them before publishing or using them commercially.
Payments
Paid plans are billed as stated at the time of purchase. Billing, refund, and cancellation terms will be detailed when payments go live.
Intellectual property
The brand, the site, and the software are ours. No rights to them are granted beyond use of the service.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
