Terms and conditions
The photos you generate with PicSell Pro are yours and you can use them commercially without restriction. In return, you agree to upload only photos of garments you hold rights to. The service is provided as is, and file retention depends on your plan.
What you can do with what you generate
The images, videos and copy you generate are yours. You can publish them, sell them and use them in advertising without asking us or paying royalties. We claim no rights over your content or your garments.
What you agree to upload
Photos of garments you hold rights to: your own, your business's or your supplier's. You may not upload photos of people without their consent, third-party copyrighted content, or illegal material. If we detect misuse, we may suspend the account.
What we guarantee
That the engine doesn't alter the garment's color, texture or design: it's the product's core rule and it's covered by tests. When a photo doesn't allow a faithful studio shot — because the garment is cut off, for instance — the system tells you instead of inventing the rest.
What we don't guarantee
That you'll like every result. AI generation is probabilistic and some garments come out better than others; that's why you can retry and cancel. We also don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a listing will sell more: that depends on many factors outside the service.
Plans, quotas and retention
Each plan has a generation quota and a file retention period: seven days on the free plan and three months on paid plans. Once the period ends, files are deleted. Current prices are the ones shown on the pricing page; if they change, the change doesn't apply retroactively to a period already paid for.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time and the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. You can request complete deletion of your account and data by writing to picsell.saas@gmail.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. PicSell Pro is a SolidShift product.
