Privacy policy
PicSell Pro keeps your photos in private storage for your plan's retention period — seven days on the free plan, three months on paid plans — and then deletes them. It uses your photos only to generate the result you asked for. You can request deletion of your account and data by writing to picsell.saas@gmail.com.
What we collect
The photos you upload and the results we generate from them. If you create an account, your email address and an encrypted version of your password (never the plaintext password). A signed device identifier stored in a cookie, so we can offer free generations without an account. And aggregate usage data: which pages are visited and from what kind of device.
What we use your photos for
Only to generate the result you asked for and to show it to you for as long as your plan's retention lasts. We don't publish them, don't sell them and don't use them as examples without your explicit permission.
How long we keep them
Seven days on the free plan and three months on paid plans, counted from generation. After that they're deleted from storage and from the database. You can download or delete them earlier at any time from your dashboard.
Who else processes them
To generate the image we use a Google AI model, which receives your photo in order to produce the result. Storage is a private bucket: files are not public and are only read through short-lived signed links, after verifying you're the owner. The site is hosted on Vercel.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site usage: page views, traffic source and device type. It isn't used to identify you personally or for targeted advertising. You can block it with any blocking extension or your browser settings, and the site keeps working the same.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, or its complete deletion including your account, by writing to picsell.saas@gmail.com. We answer in Spanish. In Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority for personal data.
